Getting ready for this year I have been watching last years games.
The kids played hard, but they were horrible on D on critical downs.
End of half…seemed like every half, we were score on.
Tune passed well. But fumbled on run while sliding or diving. More than a couple fumbles.
Dell was great
I forgot how good Campbell was at RB
I could not even begin to count how many times in the other times side of the field we got a holding penalty or false start. Drive killers
Offensive play calling was made to run and chew clock. Tune was great on third down. But every drive needed us to convert multiple third downs.
If players mature and coaching steps up this could be a very good season. It seemed like we got off to slow starts, took the late lead, then lost some games we should not have.
Also hated the cut-always to Aaron Judge during the Tulane game
Count me in on the over on the Vegas 4.5 wins.

3rd down defense was not good last year it costs us multiple games.
There were also instances where if the offense converts 3 or 4th and short we kill the clock and win games.

We called plays to get to 3rd and short. After the 2nd half of Memphis we called plays to get first downs
