The old red on white is my favorite
But on Xbox when I play other red based teams I use the blue in white with the candy red apple helmet and red socks and shoes

I always hear the term “brand” with other schools (UT, A$M, and even TT) and often wonder why UH does not have a “brand”. My guess is that because UH athletic department decided to incorporate a random “blue” trim that often becomes an alternate color for licensed apparel instead of choosing to stick with the University’s official school color of Scarlett Red and Albino White. I think this was and continues to be UH’s biggest set back to establishing it’s “brand”.

Eradicate the color “blue” from the athletic department colors.
