It will be interesting to see if the Cincinnati players welcome him back. James is very lucky because only one Cincinnati player played there last year. Everyone else is a transfer. That may increase James’ chances of returning.
Cumberland had his 11 years. Time to move on.

But, his attitude, his circle around him, prevented that. A true talent his freshman year, but he needed the maturity & work ethic that the UH program teaches.

randomly listened to a kansas podcast just to find out whats going on with them… since they had so much unused ships
the big thing for kansas seems to be bringing back players from last year who were starters…
i didnt know this but Melvin council has just filed a lawsuit in new york to get his eligibility back… the attempt to get him back is official
and tre white there is heavy speculation but no one has gotten any word from him…they think it might be NIL negotiations stalling on if he comes back… he is not in any lawsuits… but also hasnt signed with any overseas pro teams
unclear how either will play out, but getting back 2 starters from last year would be huge for them… likely pushes them to top 10
side note i dont get the basis for melvin eligibilty, he already played 5 full seasons (2 juco, 3 d1) he wouldnt qualify even in the 5 for 5 …he is looking for a 6th year … he is trying to stack the juco rule (2 year of juco only counts as 1) and then the 5 for 5 rule…

Because they’re all 5th year guys filing lawsuits and getting TROs to be eligible for a 5th year.
At this point, Its uncertain whether all the class of 2022 guys getting TROs will remain eligible. Justin’s stacked team might lose a few players from what he thinks will be the real roster. This includes Weaver too by the way, just my opinion but I don’t think the 5th year guys will be eligible for the entire season and are only going to end up affecting team chemistry.
