All four came to UH through the portal. I don’t think we will need to rely as much on transfers in the next few years. We brought in 30 for this year and 25 the year before. I’m guessing we will sign more like 12-15 for next season.

Tell me our QB position sucks without telling me our QB position sucks. There are like 2 other schools not bringing QBs and like us they certainly are not the front-runners of this league.

All four representing UH are seniors. That may be why there’s no QB. Well, last year they had Smith, Tank Jenkins, Jamal Morris, and Latrell McCutchin, so 3 of 4 were seniors.

Odd that the biggest transfer this season at UH, who happens to play the most important position on the football field and is supposed to be the face of the team, or at least the offense, will not be there.

Those other players are probably captains who have been with the team and are being rewarded for doing so.

Smokescreen all you want. Look at the other teams. Unless there is a problem or competition, you bring the starting QB. Period.
