Good for him but I don’t remember him. Was he a backup for Ward?
And JOK. He led the TD drive at the end of the first game at TDECU against UTSA (sorry if you repressed that memory and I brought it back, you need to relive it with me).

He backed up Piland, Ward and O’Korn.
For those who dont remember, yes O’Korn and Ward were here when Piland was the guy.

I think a better framing might be that Piland was still around at the start of JOK/Ward’s freshman years. He started the season, but got knocked out really early in our first AAC game against Temple in Week 2.

I’m sorry I don’t remember him but I’m sure glad he’s doing great things with his career.
Now in the running for the Central Michigan job along with Jim Mora from UCONN… shocker there
