Great comeback by Bosie on the road. FSU defense on the field over 40 min. That showed in the second half as they wore down in the heat. FSU OC still running hurry up all game which hurt their offense.

True. I was just shaking my head smiling as Briles ran the hurry-up offense the last few series. They shouldâve regrouped to gather their composure, especially for the last play in 4th down. And yes, their defense was gassed since the the time of posessuon was so lopsided. Im just happy we went a different direction with Holgerson.

Across the board we had HORRIBLE coaches last season
Applewhite- couldnât motivate his players, couldnât convince his coordinators to work together as a team, couldnât recruit, etc.
Briles- oblivious to the fact that he needed to work with his defense. Instead he put them in countless compromised situations. But hey, his offensive stats looked good!
Dâonofrio- never should have left the Y.
The Texas Tech loss was 100% on the crappy coaches we had.
How can we be worse this year??? I just dont see it at all.

But, but, but Baby Briles is the best OC in college FB. Just look at all those stats UH O had last season.
What, a great D can shut him out, you mean like FSU scoring 31 point in the first half and 0, nada. zip in the second because Boise St made adjustments. No, it was because Boise St. had superior talent than lowly FSU.
Listening to the Tulsa game I laughed when they had numerous snaps over the QBâs head. I recall sitting in the Rob watching it happen several times by Art Briles O. Montgomery is a Briles OC and Tulsa is going to be near the bottom of the AAC again even though they have a solid D.
Pittie the team that makes baby Briles their HC. They might win a mythical national statistical title for most yard or points in a season, but not a conference title.

I think a lot of FSUâs woes have to do with the players. Theyâre about as good offensively as we were last year with Tune at the controls. Clayton will be a good QB eventually, but he was ready and didnât deserve to be put in that situation just so Dormady could transfer to a MAC school and play one more year.
I donât know how experienced FSUâs QB is, but if he isnât a true freshman, they are in big, big trouble.
I would have preferred FSU to win that one. Boise is the AACâs competition for the NY6 bowl.

Iâm not too optimistic about running the table this year but if it somehow happened, I think we would have to be considered for the playoff with this schedule. Forget NY6.

Never wanted Briles here to begin with, offense notwithstanding. I enjoy a P5 school stinking it up especially one with a legacy of arrogance.
