$20 million project with a 2.5% contingency. I hope somebody has studied the hound out of this.

That’s for phase I, there is a Phase II which adds all the offices and meeting rooms for staff and coaches there and moves them all from the Alumni Center.

Fine - and then what happens to all those abandoned offices and meeting rooms? Why do we keep duplicating facilities?

I am sure other sports would love to take over the football digs.
