Bracketology 2025

Figure we’re going to be playing in Wichita. After that, depends on which region we’re playing in.

None of which are in the central time zone.

It doesn’t really matter we only play two games a weekend in the tournament and then basically a week off, unlike in conference might play multiple times a week with travel involved

Sampson = the most transformational hire in UH history. I don’t know how many or who were the people that really moved that hire along but it was brilliant. Divine UH providence.

Less divine UH providence and more he just happened to be working for the Rockets.

A lot of people have worked for the Rockets. Only one was hired and turned UH into a powerhouse

Sure but not all of them were five years into a five year ban from college basketball working in right next to a college desperate for a return to the limelight (not to mention a new coach) and was considered a potential sleeping giant in a huge metropolis and fertile recruiting ground.

You’re right. It was obvious to everyone. What was I thinking.
Lol

So much gymnastics in all that.

He was in Milwaukee right before that. Could have stayed there and done this with Marquette, and probably faster.

Official release from the NCAA. Where they are as of now

I cant imagine a better draw than that.

Yeah… Don’t hate it

UH has two NCAA losses from Kentucky and Michigan that they saved the receipts for. Time to cash them in.

I feel like one of the B12 teams are destined to fall out of the top 16 but still nice to see 5 T-16 teams in their atm.

@WhoWeTalkinBout

Maybe Kansas.

They’re a projected 4-seed, and some of their road games left would be bad losses. Gotta avoid those (at Utah, at BYU, at Colorado)

Also play Texas Tech & Arizona at Home. Tough games

Houston, Iowa State, Texas Tech. I feel good about. Arizona, we’ll see after today

Wisconsin as a 3 feels generous

It was very interesting hearing from head of the selection committee talk about how the top four SEC teams must be in different regions if there are four in top 5 overall seeds

That is massive news.

South will be for sure: Auburn or Alabama
Midwest: Alabama or Auburn
East: Duke is a lock here
West: Florida or Tennessee

If the fifth overall seed is from the SEC they must be in a other region:

Aka: Tennessee or Texas A&M must be in the East.

That means Purdue will in the Midwest due to location. Texas A&M will be on the South unless if we jump into the #6 spot.

Literally a perfect bracket for us with the weakest one seed in the West (Florida) with us.

Very pleased with were we are slated as of today.

I don’t think the top two seed lines will move much at all.

A&M as a 2 seed is laughable to me.

Disagree. I have accepted the fact that this Aggie team is legit.

yea but i don’t see any of the 3s seeds catching up to them other than iowa state and even then they’d have to win all of the non-UH games and hope the Aggies pick up no more big wins
