Very tough game. Their QB Fifita is no great passer but he is very mobile and can beat you with his legs. Very even game, and figures to be very close. Looking forward to the matchup.

Last night on ESPN, it was about the same numbers in favor of Arizona. I saw that changed today.

Per the FPI, Arizona is the 2nd most winnable game left. In order

  • West Virginia - 9 point favorite
  • Arizona - toss up
  • @ UCF - 3.5 point dog
  • TCU - 4 point dog
  • @ Baylor - 6.5 point dog
  • @ Arizona St - 7 point dog

Easiest schedule we’ve played (relative to our talent level) since Holgy went 12-2 in 2021.

They have only played away once and got smoked. I think they have difficulty coming to Houston.

Their fans have been concerned about bad performances on the road. 11 am in Houston has them concerned especially since they won’t be used to the humidity

We can’t, with most of us being out of shape.

But the Coogs definitely will.

I think we have the advantage. One we are playing at home
and 2 they are at A disadvantage of playing at 9a their time. Having a late game ending on Saturday and traveling on Friday their body’s internal clock will be off.

Coogs just played an 11a game so they have agendas and internal clocks figured out.

that being said Coogs win a close game.

Kind of a must win game for Houston as there are several more difficult matchups. Need this win.

Worth noting that FPI is really slow-moving. It still has, for example, Texas ahead of Miami, and Penn State ahead of Georgia Tech.

It’s gonna be tough.

They’re not at TxTech’s level, but they’re certainly one of the better teams in the Big 12.
