Maybe throw it all on 1h is safer? Seems like the clones tend to start out slow and pick it up 2h…win some natty light money 1h, all gravy if clones wins coming back. Worst case, natty moneeeeey!

Fwiw, one of their talking heads said this week, that last year ISU had the most visiting fans he’s seen there milling around McKale and Tuscon besides Duke.
Obviously that’s anecdotal, but I thought it was cool. There are a lot of snowbirds. It’s very common in Iowa, usually Arizona or Florida.
I can think of 3 snowbirds off the top of my head that I know personally from our humble little town alone.

Iowa State is justifably a fairly heavy underdog tonight. Fun fact, ISU hasn’t been an underdog since the Purdue game. Kind of unbelievable, and yes they lost 5 times since then lol. But still.
To put that in context, that was the same day Matt Campbell took our football program to Penn State lol. Feels like a year ago.
It’s fine. It’s a win win for me.

I am watching Duke v NC State. I’ve seen 3 of Duke’s guys that would be in danger of fouling out if they had HOUSTON on their jersey instead of Duke, and there’s 50 seconds left in the first half!!

Still a mathematical chance for UH to claim a share of the Big 12 title if ISU wins tonight. Not a good one, but it’s theoretically possible.

Defense looks good so far. This is not Texas Tech. Refs hate Pleta lol. Not seen much but he’s picked up 2.
It’s not perfect, but encouraging start overall.
