I’m not sure if this was already brought up but Fertitta bought Ceasars. That should help NIL a bit, right? lol
They took on Ceasar’s $12 billion in debt so…
There’s a thread in the Sattelite.
A $17.6 billion cash deal is some serious coin.
“Fertitta Entertainment Inc. is acquiring Caesars Entertainment Inc. in an all-cash deal announced Thursday valued at $17.6 billion, which includes roughly $5.7 billion in equity value and an assumption of nearly $11.9 billion of Caesars’ outstanding debt.”
It’s spelled Caesars, The a is before the e.
Gotta go. The nurses say it is dinner time and it is 4:00 PM.
Wait…He didn’t buy Ceasars pizza?
Not even a little one.
I went down the rabbit hole on the internet and the public seems to think its a good thing because the Caesars brand has not been great lately. Also one of the main Caesars investors 5% is asking for a stake in the new company in leui of cashing out which is a good thing. Caesars represents almost 50 properties with only 9 being on the strip in Vegas, so hopefully he can turn them around like he did the Golden Nuggets.
Another reason to hit up Caesar’s Virginia more often…
If nothing else but to drive there, bet on The COOGS and watch a football game when you aren’t in your TDECU seats
I NEVER bet the Coogs. Even when @RezClone has done the research and laid action…
His company is getting too big and not very diversified. I hope for him and in a roundabout way us this goes well.
Their flagship properties that he’s buying are long past their prime and need billions of dollars of renovations and restorations.
Hope he does well. And I’m not just saying this because he’s one of us, but he seems like one of the good guys out there. For the most part his outfits have been free of major controversy.
I’m a Caesar’s Reward Member so I approve this transaction.
So indirectly I am adding to the coffers.
Sure you don’t Sorsby. ![]()
You got me… they could land in a parlay during the opening round weekend…
He owns a whole bunch of hotels and restaurants across the country. The Golden Nugget casinos and the Caesar’s casinos, Draft Kings, The Houston Rockets, and Post Oak Motor Cars. That’s the only ones I know about and whatever happens, I think his various restaurants will continue to do well – people like to eat.
Post Oak Motor Cars is a luxury car dealership featuring brands like Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Bugatti. He seems to be pretty diversified to me.
Caesar’s Entertainment includes a variety of properties under its brands, primarily:
-
Caesars : A major brand with numerous casinos and entertainment venues.
-
Harrah’s : Known for its extensive casino and entertainment offerings.
-
Horseshoe : Features a mix of casinos and racetracks.
They have had a massive debt for decades now.
Many companies either refuse to do business with or have them on COD.
I sure hope it works.
The city of los wages has not performed well in the last few years.
I picked up a sweet little Jesko over there with my disposable income.
