Friday (11/7)

  • 7PM - Houston @ UCF: Houston is in a MUST-WIN fight to keep their CCG if not a premier bowl game dream alive

Saturday (11/8)

  • 11AM - BYU @ Texas Tech: Texas Tech cannot afford to lose another game. Houston’s destiny is partially favored with Texas Tech winning out their season
  • 2:30PM - Kansas @ Arizona: This game will likely determine which one of these teams can potentially cause November Chaos, hopefully in favor of helping Houston’s dreams.
  • 2:30PM - Iowa State @ TCU: TCU is out of the CCG picture, but if they end the season on a strong run, then they may have potential to upset BYU or Cincinatti (or both), further helping Houston

Got some MAC Football on this evening.

As for the BYU @ tt game, I am pleasantly surprised it is on ABC. I figured the UGA @ Miss St game was going to be on ABC.

I think TCU and Arizona will come alive to end the season.

I think BYU or Cincinatti will not be in the CCG.

It will be Tech and Utah (or if Houston gets lucky and wins out, Tech and Houston)

Not even halftime and UTSA and HC Jeff Traylor are losing 42-10 to South Florida. Traylor’s lamenting of UTSA’s lack of adequate funding and NIL opportunites for UTSA football is not a good sign.

does anyone from the G5 really want that playoff money ? seems not.

i was pulling for memphis, got a nice campus and they seem to be one of the ones, along with the likes of oregon state and wazzu that is being shut out of the next step in bigtime college sports consolidation.
