2 Big XII teams in the first bracket
My predictions:
- Texas Tech is the best team in the Big 12 and wins out.
- BYU will be exposed by TCU
- Utah will get upset by either Kansas State or Kansas
- TCU will upset Cincinnati knockin them out of CFP contention
- UH wins out to play Texas Tech in the CCG earning a CFP bid
It’s set up for the big 12 to get 3 if Utah wins out and then other two take care of business.
Surprised the Longhorns aren’t in the top12.
What is this world coming to.
ACC getting just one spot is a big fall for that conference (though ND is technically a partial member but don’t believe they share their revenue with the league)
Checks didn’t clear in time.
Big12 likely to be a one bid also. loser of the upcoming tech/byu game or cinci or utah need to win out from there to get two bids. two loss Big12 teams aren’t making it same as two loss ACC.
I disagree.
If Utah continues to dominate I think they get in regardless of CCG.
We should all hope that the B12 gets as many teams in the CFP as possible. Its more money and good marketing for the conference. The ACC could very well get only one mandated qualifier.
It wouldn’t be strange if Utah runs the table. If they win the rest of their ganes, I’m not even sure they need to make the CCG to make the playoffs. It’s wild.
Your lips to gods ears.
To me, especially after the loss on Saturday, we have to win out to get in.
I know it’s unlikely. But I’m still cheering for all three.

2 Big 12 teams in…Lets hope it holds up. If BYU beats Tech and gives them 2 losses, they might drop out, but they deserve to be in. Curious to see if they end up playing again in the CCG.
The B12 needs to get more teams in the CFP than the ACC, and solidify its position as the third best P4 football conference.
Should be three but it’s rigged
