Only P4 schools have the means to do the max 20m rev share. We are doing it without full B12 distributions. I think our NIL grow especially if CWF has us winning.

Again, Weigmanās largest NIL deal isnāt really involving UH. Weigman came here because of the fact that itās down the road, and that Fritz coached his dad.
Thatās not to take away from Houston or Fritz. In fact, itās benefitting our program that Fritz has so many relationships throughout his 3-decade career. Fritz KNOWNS people.
I think 2026 is where Fritzās recruiting is truly setting the foundation. 2025 was our portal era (Weigman, Conners, Koziel)

I agreeā¦CWF and Jr. will establish a strong nucleus, due to his recruitung efforts, that we can keep happy with the abundant Bucket #2 NIL opportunities in the massive metro of Houston and then we need to raise more bucket #1 funds to attract impact āhired gunsā.
Butā¦CWF has found a bunch of G6 level 'hired guns ā that have worked out for us.
A dominant Tight End was well worth that bucket #1 investment.

Big 12 unfortunately blew its foot completely off when it went 0-3 against the sec. Perception means way more than it should in this sport, and people still talk about TCU getting dawg walked by UGA.
So it is vitally important that we win against LSU and OU in 27/28.
