I wouldn’t mind having a team like Kentucky or UCLA visit us.
Michigan is doing a 1-1 with SMU and lost by 24 at Moody Coliseum last year. No wonder they don’t want to travel. Hogs and Tigers figure they can travel well enough to make a difference? Hogs travelled to Moody two years ago and won by six with a strong fan contingent. Stanford is doing a 1-1 with SMU so that might be a possibility. So might USC or UCLA.
The last time Kentucky traveled here was 2007 when Billy Gillespie was their coach. My older brother is a huge Kentucky fan, so I took him, my dad and my younger brother to that game. We beat them 83-69. Oh what a glorious day! I know it’s been 9 years, but that one is probably still stinging a bit.
