Hard to put a “like” on that. Sounds like he’ll be OK. I bet they’re being cautious because they know him and are more interested in finding who else can play and giving reps to the rest.

Can’t find snap counts for the game, but neither Joey Mbu nor Kenneth Farrow recorded a stat. I did find somewhere that said that Farrow did play some special teams snaps.
O’Shea’s offense put up 361 yards in his first game as OC. That includes going 5-11 on 3rd downs and 4-5 in the Red Zone. The offense did commit 2 turnovers though.

Bengals: William Jackson III (DB) and Brandon Wilson (DB)
(L 38-17 to Chiefs)
Brandon Wilson had 2 tackles (snap counts for the Bengals were unavailable)
Jackson was held out and didn’t play
Chiefs: D’Juan Hines (LB)
(W 38-17 over Bengals)
Hines played 3 defensive snaps and 8 special teams snaps; he recorded a tackle.
Man this has been going on for years with GW2 in Philly. They obviously see something in him throw him the dang football or let him return a punt or put him under center, they’re low on backup QBs currently.
