No one had posted in this thread for days until this discussion started. And I was replying to someone else that brought it up. It would be really strange for me to open up a thread replying to someone else.
Anyway, you’re bringing it back the original point so just keep going with that instead of going after me.
Thats probably true. I’d throw Baylor U in there as well in that discussion.
This problem is probably grossly underreported and handled the same way at many universities athletic depts and fraternity organizations. And that is the problem.
@Whoshouse introduced the concept of
nothing being done about it with a claim about an increase in violent crime overall. Go after him if you must, but it is kinda related to the topic.
The data does not support his assertion imo, but that is his personal view. Which could be based upon his personal experiences, media he consumes, types of stories he follows, etc.
