I just want a guy who knows that the proven technique of running it up the middle on 3rd/4th and 1 is part of his arsenal. It catches the DC off guard.

Everyone knew them. They were household names.
Since CDH, who has he elevated? Who else is in the offensive offices? Why hasnât CDH had high caliber offensive coaching talent?

Gawd that would be nice, but will never happen because CDH doesnât believe in utilizing tempo for a whole game. Says it tire out the D. There is some truth to that, but still I prefer that over the constant run up the middle into the back of our OL that we did way too often last season.
I wonder if he used Chat GPT to help with his cover letter.
