It’ll be okay. CWF has done this before. IDK how he will or when it will exactly happen, but the program will get back upright during his tenure. This is what he’s done other places.

I hear you but instead of all the complaining we should sign up to increase our NIL funding so we can better compete in the future. Remember we are already 30 years behind financially since the BCS was formed and the NCAA stayed quiet

Well, Jose Abreu had a decorated history until he joined the Astros.
It’s not unreasonable to be concerned and disappointed by what we’ve seen so far. He’ll get his chance to prove history correct, but that history is no guarantee of future success.
Do the virtuous Coog fans really think there’s anything to be gained by telling others how they should react? C’mon already. 
Maybe somebody should start a complaining about complaining thread. Complaining about complaining is still complaining.

Some act like he’s a first year coach with no clue. He was undefeated in years 3 and 4 at Blinn, averaged 9 wins in the seasons after his first at Central Missouri, won 25 games in year two and three at SHSU, averaged 9 wins at Georgia Southern, and took formerly hapless Tulane (won 17 games in the five years before Fritz arrived) to three consecutive bowls in years three through five and won 23 games in his last two seasons there including a NY6 bowl win and a Top 10 ranking. We’ll be fine.

I’m not on the site 24/7, and I never said our NIL is fine. I said we seem to be recruiting well without a big NIL program.

Not good enough for the Big 12 the first two years with different coaches.
You think a bunch of new freshman will just win games next year without hitting the transfer portal with better players than the ones we’ve have landed this past year…?!
This year’s team has lacked fight, discipline and progress. How can you tell me that with a straight face about our recruiting. Lol
So the next game I get to watch is the Hail Mary win over West Virginia? Sure, I’ll go back 365 days.

Was Barbay leading his offense for those previous successes? Would you say those previous stops were as difficult to turn around as this one, given the level of competition?
His history of success is relevant, but it’s not the end of the discussion because what worked before won’t necessarily work here. We might be fine, it’s not a given.
