Espn+

The AAC media deal with ESPN was a terrible deal. UCONN may have been correct that most AAC games will gradually shift to ESPN+ over time, which will then open up linear programming to P5 games.

ESPN pulled a fast one on Aresco and to think that the AAC signed a 12 year, 7 million per school contract for this cluster, is mind boggling.

Considering is was a HUGE financial upgrade from what we had and puts us light years ahead of anything the other G6 leagues are getting with little negotiation power, he did what he had to do.

Who did you want to sign with instead?

UCONN’s big beef was with women’s hoops. They didn’t want to move that over to ESPN+ from SNY.

I get it. Just having a little fun with the “Evil” handle. They are pretty much the only game in town for literally all of the minor bowls, which we will happily go to if we are not “invited” to a NY6.
But in comparison to CBSSN, they treat the AAC as red headed step children. It’s the way of the World right now.
I get it.
I don’t have to like it.

OK, so I ordered ESPN+ last night since it looks like I will need it going forard. Does anyone know if I can record it and watch it later? WAtching early gsames on a Saturday for me is difficult.

Gonna order it tomorrow, same question for me, can I record games ?

I plan on ordering tomorrow also and if it’s like ESPN3 and I believe couple on here have stated that there is a replay section you can go to for games already streamed.

Since I cut the cord, I got the disney bundle that includes Hulu, ESPN+ & Disney+. Its a pretty good deal and you also get access to the espn.com insider info with espn+.

On ESPN+ you can definitely watch games that have already taken place. I do it all the time.
