I see some comments where people are saying they’ve already received their tickets, but my email says Ticketmaster will email us and release tickets in our Ticketmaster account.
How is it possible to receive your tickets if you haven’t received an email from TM yet? CP is partnered with SeatGeek; not Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster would need an account to deposit tickets into, so I’m confused how people are already seeing tickets.

I called Cougar Pride and they let me know I got two tickets! They are still sending out emails and processing payments, but I am confirmed and good to go!

you will need to set up a TM account with the email used for UH Final Four tickets and you will see them waiting for you in the TM app
That is not necessarily the case. My ticketmaster account and UH Athletics ticket office account have the same email, and I don’t have tickets in my account yet.

Yeah, I have a TM account with same email and didn’t see anything. I imagine it’s still being processed.

The charge has hit my credit card, so I’d expect them to show up soon.

You should call them or check spam/alternate emails.

I was waiting in limbo and called. They confirmed my status (got my tickets). They said that emails went out to everyone around 11am either confirming yes or no on allocation. Not sure why it did not hit my account.
