They do have a lot of t-shirt fans, but I think that we’ll be well represented. A few years back when we beat Arizona and lost to Nova in San Antonio we had a very good Cougar contingent at the games. I saw an interview from this week that Jay Wright (the Villanova coach at the time) did, and he was talking about the sea of red that he and Villanova saw when they came out of the locker room to play us in the Elite Eight game. He took notice of it and was impressed by it based upon the interview.
I’m personally not worried about our crowd size. There will be plenty of us there for it to be lively. I’m going to enjoy the moment and visiting SA. Hoping the Coogs get to Monday night.

My representative’s phone goes to VM and the main line says they are closed.
Most of the staff is in San Antonio
9am is when they usually open.
Opens at 9 am
Kyle I’m just guessing….trying to figure out how the CBS article referenced could possibly have more……there is no way to track who is buying what in secondary….they had to have gotten their numbers from allotment sold after one day or something……doesn’t matter, we will have more fans than Duke.
I know at least 10-12 going that will be cheering for UH and are not even UH fans/alumni….they rooting “for the team from Texas”.
Same here, see you there.
It’s 9:32 here… ![]()
