Former UH guard, Cameron Tyson transfers to Seattle Univ

Seattle University in the WAC conference. Cam will face some good teams like New Mexico State, Grand Canyon, Utah Valley. Good luck to him!

I hope he can play right away.

NCAA clarified double transfers don’t qualify for the new rule, but can apply for a waiver… hope we back him on whatever he needs to play right away

And if you want to see Cam play in person you’ll be able to see him in Huntsville, Beaumont and Nacogdoches.

I’m sure CKS will like he presumably did with Alley.

Good for Cam to get close to home. I thought he’d potentially transfer down a little bit less to maybe like a mid-tier MWC school or higher level CUSA/MAC program, but they still will play some good ball in the WAC and I’m sure he’ll be glad to be back home. I hope he lights it up there.

Good luck Cam, everyone will be pulling for you.

I think if he remembers what he learned from CKS about defense and rebounding, he’ll be a POY candidate in the WAC.

That new WAC is going to be quite interesting!

Best of luck to Cam!

Enjoyed watching him grow as a player and pour in the 3s when he got hot. Will look for Seattle games on tv next season.
