Galen Robinson Jr. nearing rare mark of 100 UH wins

“Coming to Houston wasn’t the cool thing to do,” said Robinson, a guard and four-year starter who joined the Cougars for the 2015-16 season. “Now everybody wants to come here, stay home and play for the University of Houston.”

I think a lot of H-town high schoolers are going to really watch UH for the first time during March. It would be wonderful if the broadcasters would talk about the impact the local players are having on this team. Live here, play here, make your momma proud!

Jin Nantz is the guy! Let the Coogs make a deep run, and he will continue to support his coogs announcing tbe games…I would love to see Coogs in the Championship game with Nantz being the commentator on that game!!!

Galen has a good chance to win 100 games, but let’s look at the record of 109.

We’re 25-1, Galen has 95 wins. The math to 109 wins…

95 wins + win the 5 remaining regular season games = 100 wins
100 wins + win the 3 games for AAC tournament title = 103 wins

NCAA Tournament breakdown…
104 wins = win the Round of 64
105 wins = win the Round of 32
106 wins = win the Sweet 16
107 wins = win the Elite 8
108 wins = win Semi-Final game
109 wins = win the NC

UH would have to win the NC for Galen to tie the record of 109 wins.

Well then, lets send Galen off to the NBA with 109 wins, make Jim Nantz career game possible, and every Coogfan on this board dream come true!!! If the Astros and Rockets were able to do it, why not the Coogs? We have suffered too long!!!
