Ja’Vier needed more minutes he could have altered shots, blocked a few, grabbed a few rebounds, could have been the difference, big mistake not getting him on the floor

It took him nearly the entire season his first year at UH. It’s a shame Covid ended that postseason. We were just hitting stride with his emergence

Yep. Next years non conference, will be cupcakes & a good MTE. Thats about it, til conference play
But then you get Kansas, Baylor, Texas, Texas Tech,etc at home.

Yep, we are going to have the same atmosphere as yesterday for many of the games, especially UT, Baylor and Tech along with Kansas. Can’t wait…

Yep. I certainly don’t take issue with the way Sampson coaches them, but the downside to breaking down a player’s game is that it can take him a while to rediscover it.
Taze broke through that quickly last year out of necessity, but freshmen have struggled with that transition in the first half of the season.

I would sit Sasser so he can heal.
What do you gain by making him play ?
Risk more injury to the stitches ?
Last time we played him unnecessarily, it was first game after the partial shoulder dislocation.
That’s when he got 5 stitches above the eye.

I wouldn’t play him. Actually I think a complete break would jolt him back in motion.
I have a coworker who would love to take her son to this game. If anyone is unable to make it and can offer up their tickets for them i’d love to be able to gift them to her!

I’d really like to see what Sharp could do being first off the bench. He shoots lights out, and could be a momentum changer when he need one.
