Top 20 Matchup on FS1?

it’s normal since fs1 usually does 6pm and 8pm doubleheaders on weekdays

Well, it’s a late start. Folks have to work the next day, bright and early.

Kids also back in school.

Games that start at 8 don’t usually end until after 10. Add 30-45 minutes to get to the car and out of the parking lot and another hour drive, it’s a long day. But, I would not miss it for anything.

For those who drive in a late start is better than an early one
No traffic to deal with coming into UH

I’ll take the 8:00 start time over the 6:00 start any weekday in Houston. Fighting 5:00 traffic just sucks hard.

Blue uni time!!!

Gives ample time to pregame. Then afterwards, it’s too late already, so lean into it and head back to the bar. Problem solved.

I am generally home within 20 minutes of the alma mater. It doesn’t take that long to walk to the lot and get on the highway. (Blue Lot)

If anything, I feel the late starts help us. Rush hour traffic sucks.

-game too late, have to get up early
-game too early, can’t leave work
-we have kids
-we’re empty nesters
-too much traffic
-can’t park in the front row and show up at game time
-no in-game entertainment (isn’t that what the game is?)
-food too expensive
-too hot
-too cold
-we might lose
-we’re gonna blow them out

Coogs fans never short on excuses to not attend.

Well it’s like a 40 hour drive each way for me, if I hit rush hour traffic when I get there that’s probably a deal breaker

Man… I had a sweet package to move to Seattle from my employer to be there by the end of 2025…

But my wife put the kibosh on the move to stay near Raleigh for now…
