How was the steak?
I was surprised how much I liked it. GoCoogs intern Joe Duarte invited Dennis Dodd and he sat next to me and I enjoyed his company, too.
Here’s the thing about the home crowd for Purdue. Houston players won’t be intimidated one bit considering the crowds they faced in the B12 this year.
However, I’m a little concerned about the potential influence a crowd can have on the officiating. It’s not uncommon for refs to get caught up in the moment. And if a player like Uzan has to sit on the bench, that could change the complexity of the game.
I mean… we should gave a decent contingent there… I’m assuming all of our lower level tix were bought because I got put in section 237 row5 with my priority points… and I’ve had 7-9 front row football tix for 14 years…
It’s game day!
“It’s game day!”
Theyre gonna try to get our bigs into foul trouble within the first 2 minutes. Willing to bet money on that.
I think that’s because they’re already in the Elite 8. Interesting we’re only 2% behind given we’re a whole round behind in the tournament.
We can deal with any foul trouble except Uzan. He’s the engine.
12 hours till game time!
ugh… going to be a long day.

So who starts the game guarding Braden Smith?
Who are the refs for our game?
Hopefully not Patrick Adams.
Cryer my guess
GAME DAY
Tell him his UH hoodie has a misprint regarding the logo.
Uzan, Cryer, Sharp and Wilson are probably sick of hearing Braden Smith’s name this week. But Purdue has three guards that can be difference-makers. Defend the guards, and you win.
