I think they mean the traffic will be a disaster.
Duke scares me, but I’m confident CKS will have us ready. THIS is the real title game!
This Duke team is a juggernaut. It will be an upset if we win.
Yes traffic and crowds get over yourself lol
It’s like that Seinfeld where they went to India. Last week my wife and I said, yeah, right, we’re going to San Antonio. Now we have a pretty solid (concept of a) plan. We’ll probably stay someplace East of SA Saturday night, head home Sunday morning and then drive back on Monday and do it again. Just a lot going on for us to take 3 days right now. But posting this for people on the fence. Lots of possibilities to make it work.
Anyone know where the team hotel is?
Any good links to merch?
I recommend finding and air BnB and making a vacation out of it staring Saturday morning.
Thank god my family lives in SA.
I found a parking pass the same day I purchased my ticket
I got a Hyatt Place north of town for cheap points. Nothing was available when I first started looking, but stuff popped up.
I like that UH’s coaching staff has six days to prepare for Duke. I know this game is about exploiting weaknesses, but psychologically, UH has got to want to pay back Duke for last year’s loss.
If UH advances to the final game, UH’s opponent only has 48 hours to prepare for UH’s offense and defense. As shown by Tennessee, that is tough assignment.
Schulenburg.
We’re beating Duke.
We got savages, they got nerds
We are Houston!
That is the route I was going to take. We had a place lined up about 1 1/2 miles from the stadium. There is a residential section just SW (?) of the stadium that is pretty ok. It sort of reminded me of Burbank CA right by the studios.
UH’s opponent will probably be Auburn if we beat Duke and they have already played us so I doubt it is an issue
Auburn looks like the team to beat.
I wonder how bad Broome is hurt?
Looks like this place still has availability: https://maps.app.goo.gl/fqV1aua3J1xw1AFc8
