Some of the players were on campus trying to get some of the students to come out on Saturday for the game.
Nice job by those guys. Still a few days to get the students section filled
My proprietary algorithm tells me there is going to be A LOT of green and gold at this game.
Oof with the cougs spelling in the captions.
thanks
I am an OOT Coog as well. I first found DOT a coupla years ago and loved it …but they committed sacrilege in my book when the abandoned the fresh cut french fry. That speaks volumes to me about commitment to quality. When I asked why, the manager that was present (a nice lady) told me it was because to go order customers complained about the quality vs frozen fries. Really? To Go customers? Please don’t pee on me and tell me it’s raining. I miss going there.
I sense enthusiasm building, almost organically, for the Baylor vs UH game. Baylor has been playing better ball as of late and Aranda seems to have saved his job. Baylor will have the best visitor crowd this year at TDECU. Weather should not be a factor and with it being Senior Day, I hope the UH fans come out. UH still has a shot at a bowl.
Best uniform reveal of the season. That outfit looks clean. I like the blue cleats with it too.
I could not agree more. We lose with Petrie and win with Tillman
On this day in 1947:
One of the most fascinating games to learn about: UH’s 2-0 loss to Texas State (Teachers College)… Played during a driving rain storm on an incredibly muddy field that had hosted several HS football games over the previous two days.
43 punts, 0 passes completed in the game, -21 total yards for UH (box score doesn’t have the -).
And snap, just like that our student body are acting our alums now
Unfortunately, stats that our current offense is certainly capable of … without the weather conditions.
Cool transformation, looking forward to the game.
I’m not really into all the different color schemes. We have our school colors and we should stick to them. We certainly don’t want to add any identity confusion to who we are … right?
Go Coogs!
