He trusted Staub to backup Shedeur as QB2 since his true freshman year.

Staub is in his 3rd year and was the 22nd ranked QB coming out of high school. He sat behind Shedeur for 2 years and is not a typical 3rd string QB.

I second Villa Arcos, and will point out that theyāve now got a second location near UH: inside the gas station at OST and Cullen.
I selfishly recommend that locationā¦ because we donāt have a ton of taco joints in our neighborhood, and I need them to stay in business. 
There is, curiously, a pupuseria a block away at the corner of Cullen and Griggs. Obviously a sign of demographic change on the Southside. I still need to check them out.
Another place Iāve been a fan of lately is Tortilleria Tlaxcali on Telephone Rd a block south of South Loop. Great tortillas (of course) and great food. Aunque necesitas hablar un poquito de espaƱol. Or pointing and grunting also works.
