I have never understood why anyone would go to another university’s board and “call out” the other school. What good does that do? It changes nothing and only makes our fans look classless.

Honestly, I don’t care. We’ve had users come on our site and pop off about their schools and put us down. Then we have our own posters who will denigrate the program anytime they get a chance. BFD.

Fragile egos, can’t remember the last time I saw Gray go back to a board after UH looses. Maybe he does occasionally, but I haven’t seen it.
I understand where you’re coming from Mr. Mike, but every other P4 school has fans that bring the heat and we gotta be able to match that energy.
I understand it’s not for everybody but most folks also know its mostly in good fun. Though of course you do have folks who go too far.

Nice backtrack. Keep in mind our boards and are smack talk is among the tamest of all P4 schools.
Go look at Tiger Rant, SurlyHorns, TexAgs, Buckeyeplanet and Tidefans to name a few if you want to see what real classless behavior looks like.

Didn’t your mother ever ask you, “If everyone else jumps off a cliff, would you jump too?” When one has gotten banned he has gone too far.
The only time I have ever gone on another team’s board is to say they played a great game (if they actually did), whether they won or lost. Sportsmanship belongs in sports. Remember the golden rule is, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” It doesn’t say as they do unto you.
Maybe I’m just old school, but that’s how I try to live my life.

I was banned on the Kentucky Board (Rupp Rafters) about half a dozen years ago.

How do yall feel about the Georgia game?
If there was a question to me about how I feel about the Georgia game … my answer is that when it comes to Gonzaga Basketball I take nothing for granted … ever. That being said, I like the Zags’ chances. At the beginning of this “cute little run” the Zags did VERY well when matched up against Big Conference schools who were in the middle of their conferences. Georgia fits that bill but they HAVE played very well at times.
My comfort in this years’s Zags has come over the last 10-12 games … when the 2 high profile newcomers (Battle and Ajayi) finally “melded” their games to a “Gonzaga Basketvall” mindset. The talent has been their all year … but it took back to back conference losses to get the guys on the same page.
I like Gonzaga when they’ve been overlooked. Since this run started the Zags have gone to the Elite 8 as a 10 seed, the Sweet 16 as a 10, the Sweet 16 as a 12, and most recently the Sweet 16 as an 11.
Nothing is ever easy. You guys HAVE to be proud of your program …. past and present. Hope to see you Saturday. GoZags
