I’m impressed with how well Khan knows Texas College Football, regardless of the team. I’m also glad he tells it like it is, whether it’s good, bad or ugly. Fortunately for us, we seem to be on an uptrend, but continuously building toward the future.
Also wanted to add, I renewed my season tickets. This should be a fun and interesting season, as I’m sure opposing teams are going to want to beat us badly.
He is a Daily Cougar alum and one of his previous assignments was the high school beat at the Chron.
He is also a heckuva nice guy as well…talked with him several times courtside at a couple of BB games. Genuine guy, and although objective, a Cougar to be sure !
Sam needs to be on a major network. He is that talented. His sports writings is what student sports writers aspire to be. That is how good he is. Him and Jim Trotter, San Diego Union Tribune, NFL, espn is great too.
