My only reason for posting is that I sense some of you are still in mourning for the SWC, and if you’re an ex-player from the late 1970’s, maybe you met Hampton. Fourth overall pick is pretty darn good. DUI ain’t good and thankfully he didn’t hurt anyone.

Still irks me when the press gets the easy stuff wrong. Arkansas was in The Southwest Conference with Texas, ATM, UH, Baylor, etc. The Southwestern Athletic Conference includes TSU, Florida A&M, Prairie View A&M, etc.
