Sorry, not feeling it at all. Head on out 290 and let us focus on moving forward. As irked as I am, I cannot help but to read some of the tweets from players and see how upset they are. Some of the tweets are pretty harsh.
Would have been interesting to have been in the meeting yesterday. I wonder if anyone let him have it. Based on the tweets from Some of the players, a few just might have, which would explain the drooped shoulders and refusal to look at the camera yesterday. There are some hurt kids on campus today.

My blood BOILS every time I see that name. I can’t wait to get my season tix for next year and hope that the same 23,000 and more others do the same to show the kids WE are not fake.

In his speech at UT, “the former Coach” (special teams players at UH deserved to have their name spoken more than this guy) said he has received support via emails and tweets from current UH players. Any evidence that current players are giving him words of encouragement and thanks this soon? Former players I assume they might but I have not seen anything positive about him from current players.
And, as for the tweet, if the former coach taught me one thing, it is that you cannot believe everything you read on the internet so I don’t believe what he wrote is true.
UT swapped a guy that seemed to genuinely care about his players in Strong for one that did not respect his players enough to be honest with them. And they overpaid for him.
I got what I wanted: Strong fired and the UH Coach to UT “rumors” resolved. Good to know now before another season of speculation, negotiations and a 4th place finish in the AAC West. Time to move on…
