Herman’s best course is to become an OC at a P5, put up some good numbers and then become a head coach candidate again. Essentially a replay of his Ohio St. to UH career path.
Herman’s career needs a restart. I hope he has learned from his previous missteps.
The best HC’s surround themselves with great Assistants.
Saban did it his entire career same with belichick. At some point your own offensive and defensive strategy gets figured out.
