You can add the Vols and Missou to the SEC losses in the bowl season. Just sounds like the SEC is good but not nearly as dominant as they think they are.
Running down the team that just beat you is not only bad form, but how does that make YOU look?
Wouldn’t you rather say you got beat by a good team than a bad one?

I have way more respect for fans who are honest about being disappointed by a loss. There are plenty of LSU fans who are feeling that way. It was a fun and competitive game, but I would have been bummed if we dropped it.
But the wishy washy talk from fans everywhere, is a non-competitive excuse. At the end of the day the games are played and do count. Yes, some teams may have injuries, opt-outs, coaching transitions and other situations unique to their bowl game.

I was there too, still screaming at Helton to punt the ball OUT OF BOUNDS.
You will notice that a competent coach kicked the ball short or on the ground after the first two kickoff returns in the Texas Bowl.
