Hold back Burnette until the second half, when the Texas Tech DL is gassed and Burnette is bouncing off the Texas Tech DL like a pinball in an arcade.
That DL wonāt get gassed with him on the bench, if at all. Theyāre deep, and the only way to tire them is with extended drives. You donāt save your best players for the second half.

I donāt see us having a lot of success on the ground.
They have a lot of depth, which I I think contributed to their win against Utah. Utah ran out of gas.
Nagle is about to earn his paycheck. The play calling needs to look similar to the offense ran against Colorado that included a combination of play-action, slants over the middle, quick hitters to the TE, and a little up tempo, when needed. This offensive game plan canāt be too conservative, but we can Iāll afford to kill drives by trying to hit the home run. Long sustained drives to keep the TT offense off the field is the plan.

I think it will. They picked this game for the blue game. I think they will open up the playbook for this one. At least I hope so.

And team needs to be something like +2 or more in turnover margin. We can win this. Itās doable. They arenāt an ALL-Time great team. Keep them contained and make them play all 4 quarters.
Utah isnāt coached as well as the media tries to make us believe. Utah folded because they ran out of answers when it mattered most. Fritz can adjust in game like Sampson.

Excluding the times they outscored us, weāre undefeated against Tech!
and stop the red zone penalties. If the crowd can cause a few false starts for TT that will be huge for the out come of the game. We have done it before.

I think Utah is trending down. This isnāt the same team that won back to back Pac-12 championships.

I may be getting ahead of myself but if Ethan Sanchez kicks another game winner against Texas Tech, he is certainly deserving of UHās MVP for 2025.
