Well at this point we got to do what we have to do for the future of the program and recruit later…

McMillan is the only eligible recruit unsigned from 2019 class.
We only have 2 commits for next year.
We lose some prospects if Applewbite is retained. And may even if he’s let go, depending on the replacement.
We’re just going to have to start from square one again. Nobody with experience is going to want to work under Applewhite. Kendall resigned for heavens sake.
We have no choice but to start from scratch with the talent we already have.

Puts us back another year, letting him go without a replacement in mind is not good. Jack Patdee has passed away.
Hopefully, our AD has someone in mind as a possible HC.
Sonny Dykes probably would’ve been a top choice. Now swept up by SMU but he also hired good coordinators.
