Two of those athletes are from Belton High School. All-State safety Garrison Vaughn chose the Cougars over Air Force and Tulsa. He’ll be joined in H-Town by his teammate defensive end Logan Hall. Both Vaughn and Hall are currently ranked as 3-star prospects.
McGregor defensive back Johnathan Phenix has also become a part of the H-Town Takeover. He announced his commitment on Wednesday.
Vaughn, Hall and Phenix will also be joined by Mart outside linebacker Zamar Kirvin who committed to Houston back in May.
