Agree completely.
For me it’s hard to understand why there can be so many “certaintiies” that conflict with each other.
I guess the trick is to discern insider knowledge as truly insightful vs a just-wanna-sound-bold take

Peat is waiting on a lot of things. JoJo is a concern but I he’s also waiting on the Arizona State situation, if Hurley gets fired and who they hire. His family wants him at Arizona, but he’s quite interested in Houston.
