No. 40,000 to 50,000 will add 3rd deck to east end. 50,000 to 60,000 adds 3rd deck to west end. This is football operations.

If any new seats are being added in these renderings, it’s in the gap in the northwest corner of the stadium. Otherwise, this is just the existing stadium at its existing capacity with a new football ops building.

Im fine with that as long as we build out the shell space on third deck on home side for more concessions and restrooms and add escalators in place of a couple of the stair cases.
