Orgeron didn’t lost that game. Every now and then the players have actually got to hold onto the ball, know their assignments, and pull their heads out of their arses, especially in the red zone.

Orgeron beats the aggies and he stays one more year plus he probably stays anyway … unlike USC Hayden the LSU AD will give Orgeron a chance to recruit and establish his own team PLUS most importantly he is a cajun from the swamps near Baton Rouge.
Texas is FINALLY pulling away from Dorothy and Toto … AND it will be an interesting game next week against the froggies … apparently most all of the $$$ donors in the stands want Charlie fired. TCU looked bad today and the horns will probably be playing for their tuna jedi master to keep his job. THAT and the prez and AD DO NOT WANT TO FIRE him.
That will seal the Texas issue and we keep Herman … I suspect UT was his ONLY choice if that job opens up and now it probably will not.

LSU AD letter to the fans yesterday, along with their ugly game with Florida today, makes me think they will let Orgeron go. Probably looking for an offensive guy and I’m sure they’ll check in on CTH. Don’t think he wants to move the family there.
Baylor report yesterday said they will target CTH, Morris and Miles. If I’m CTH, the only decision I make is whether to laugh before hanging up or just hang up. If I’m Baylor, I shut down the program, but besides that I hire Morris.
Reports out of UT are all coming from DFW; boosters there have been on the CTH train for awhile. Others, not so much. Thinking about the situation, would rather Charlie get fired this year. Not sure CTH would take the job this year; next year, I think he’d definitely go if our P5 prospects aren’t any better. Would prefer he not end up at UT if he does leave.

Larry Fedora would be a good choice for lsu, imo.
If LSU hires Mike Gundy and keeps their defensive staff together, they are gonna wreck shop.

Why would Gundy leave? He’s an OSU alum and he’s Near the top of the Big12 every year. This is the same guy that is afraid to recruit against Houston suddenly wanting to recruit against Saban…for a school that let go of a top notch coach? That rumor has no legs other than getting Gundy paid more in Stillwater.
Heard it was between Ed O, Fedora, and Jimbo Fisher at LSU.
