Were a lot of the Michigan players transfers? It’s hard to maintain the required level of recruiting in today’s CBB world. Probably figured he would rather deal with adults.
Plus, NBA is the NBA. Also gets a chance to coach Flagg and maybe Kyrie.

All of those “kids” have moved on and chance we see all three starting bigs get taken Tuesday. Cadeau returns in their backcourt and that’s about it.

He’s talking about the players on the current roster. They picked up a lot of good players in the portal.

Good career move by May. May was heavily pursued by North Carolina after the season and took his name out of contention. Looks like it turned out for the best.

Very aware of who is on their roster and they weren’t going to be near the same level. That’s why I noted the players who made them so good aren’t there outside of Cadeau.
They picked up Thiam, Estrella and Davis. Not sure I would consider any of those three. Even on Thiam, not sure he could play in this culture.
