The Hamood brothers come to mind immediately. Joe and Neimer, along with Larry Lentz, Gary Ozug (without looking the names up, I know the spelling is wrong.) I’ll look them up a bit later.

Joe Hamood was the PG. Kruse and Lents were Big Men who played with Soph Big E.

The very next season(1966-67) we made our first ever Final Four. Lost to UCLA in the semi-final game, beat N. Carolina in the third place game. Soph Center Ken Spain had a good first season and played very well in The Final Four.

I will be 87 for the coming '25-26 season and have seen it all from the Game of the Century through Phi Slamma Jama to our last failure at the NC so time is running out for me.

The sand is running low in a lot of our hourglasses Jim. The thing is, none of us, young or old, know exactly how much sand we have left.

According to the United States Social Security Administration, anyone age 65 or older is elderly. I would guess elderly qualifies as a Geezer, especially to someone under 30.

Woohoo

Maybe I’m not quite a Geezer yet

I hear “geezer” and I think at least retirement age, which would be 67. If you’re required to take RMDs from your 401(k), you’re definitely a geezer.

And if you wear jumpsuits, you’re a geezer regardless of how old you are.

When I was younger, I thought 65 was a geezer. Now as I’m less than a month away, I’m thinking 66. but that number is subject to change,

Your as young as you feel.

Goo, goo, da, da.

Anyone under 30 thinks anyone over 40 is a geezer.
