Navy @ Tulsa

10-10 with 6 mins left in the 3rd. Surprised by the low score here. Not watching closely - gives me something to watch during commercials and the few mins between each pitch!

Any time I see the Tulsa end zone, I can’t help but think of Hogan’s (I think) kick that went through the open window to win that crazy comeback against Tulsa and Graham.

I see the same thing. Stick it in your pipe and smoke it!

Navy kicks FG to go up 10 with 4 mins left. And Navy tries an onside kick. Makes perfect sense. You have given up only 7 in the 2nd half so why not give them a short field.

Now TD Tulsa
(under review)

I don’t like that coaching decision by Navy.

Navy has 0 pass completions. Seems bad even for a triple option team.

I hope the entertainment value tomorrow night is better than this game

I like surprising people and in a quirky game I could see it but that onside just baffles me.

Tulsa invents ways to lose games. Dropped passes have killed them tonight. That and not being able to stop the Navy option

I do not like how Tulsa got a free timeout at before their TD because of an “injured” player.

There needs to be a rule change regarding that issue.

Outside of two minutes, there is no runoff. If he wasn’t hurt, he sold it well and his teammates played the part as well.

That was lame. No pun

Not aware that that rule is for college
I know the NFL has it if the team has no TO’s.

Montgomery will be dismissed

Given that it is Tulsa, I think he has done a good job.

Tulsa has had better teams. Bad year.

At one time, I was okay with a Montgomery hire at UH. I am not okay anymore. Maybe as an OC.

1 winning season in the last 5 years.

Tulsa now has Cincy on deck. It would be a great time for Montgomery to save his job😎

I was also okay with Orlando and/or Miles to replace Herman. I think we can all be thankful I am not the one hiring coaches at UH.
