I think he left some $ on the table for sure…late 20s pick will be $3M/year. Imagine UH would have ponied up a bit more and another year of seasoning could have had him pushing lottery territory and double that yearly rookie contract salary. This was all known before he declared though. Nothing surprising is transpiring. Oh well. Good luck to him.

Lakers chose a middling Spanish player over him. Watching the Lakers last year, that is not what they need.
