This! There are at least 4 breaks a half. Likely a TO taken by each coach once. 6 breaks a half is a lot, I don’t think the quarters change that, just makes it flow better. Have 1 TV TO each quarter at the under 6 mark and call it a day.
Wish they would stop allowing free timeouts during reviews in football and basketball.
