That’s impossible……the douche UT fan on here the other day said UTSA had no shot.
Well he was wrong because this is a good UTSA team they said on the broadcast they went 23-4 in AAC play and ECU had won the league 6 straight years before this season.
Yes they are….saw them play 4-5 times….way more talented than UH and the coaching is head and shoulders better.
They were saying on the one of the broadcast that the teams that usually pull off the upsets are teams that face the host type school on a regular basis (mid week games) and then get sent to a regional at that location.
Even if UTSA doesn’t pull it off they have proved they are more than a handful….UT ain’t getting anything easily.
Could this be any easier of a regional? They gift wrap everything for the cows.
UTSA pitcher has struggled with control the past couple innings but he has held onto the lead so far.
UCLA has put up 19 and 11 in the first two games. Are they that good of an offensive team ?
UTSA holds on for the win they pulled off a bunt single that shocked the entire stadium with 2 outs in the top of the 9th to get an insurance run.

Highly unlikely. Utsa will have to face the top pitching at Texas and not the middle week pitchers

UT threw their “top pitchers tonight”. - @Jackattack30
The difference in the pitching staffs for UTSA over UH is astounding.
They appear to be good but I am not sure if they are a legit offensive team. They hit well in conference games but the Big 10 was weak. However, the tournament is all about getting hot at the right time. Maybe they are just starting to reach their potential.
Hey Bonghorn, where ya at……Sip gonna Sip….threw your Ace and still lost:rofl:
LOL. What was that little t-sipper yapping about earlier in the thread?
They may win today, but uhm no, it’s not gonna necessarily be a walk in the park.
UTSA up 7-1 in the 4th inning
The mighty SEC teams are falling like flies.
It won’t matter they will still get 15 bids next year.
UTSA has some big dudes on their pitching staff.
