Don’t put an air tag on someone’s car or stuff without their consent to track their movements.
That’s now part of the harassment statute, apparently.
Query: what about family members that do that to family members with dementia that might wander off?

I would hope you have power of attorney on someone with that condition that I guess would cover the tagging.

For sure, or a conservatorship. I agree with the spirit of the law, but this won’t end well.
