I live in Vegas.
Woke up at 330am this morning and believe it Phi Slamma Jamma 30 for 30 production was starting. Whereâs Benny Anders?
Never seen it before, but I saw the carpet in our living room when as a 13 year old boy I fell face first to the floor when Lorenzo Charles dunked the ball.
Tonight I left the Circa mega sports book in downtown Vegas after the game walking the full length of the Fremont Experience. Cloud 9 is for amateurs. I spotted a UH couple in front of the concert stage by the Circa exit. We high fived and celebrated with exhilaration. Further down the Fremont Experience I spotted a man in an Astros hat, and as usual I said, âH-TOWN Babyâ, and then said âHow about them Cougarsâ. He said that he thought they had lost, and was in total disbelief when I told him they had won.
I stopped by the El Cortez to see an angel who gave me her beautiful smile.
Woke up with the memories of Phi Slamma Jamma, all treasured but for one devastating moment. End the day on cloud infinity with per the topic, no sleeping tonight.

Iâm driving the wife back to DFW tomorrow then jumping on a flight to get back to SA. Need a flight, a hotel and a lower bowl ticket. No time for sleep!

Attn all Coog fans: I just experienced one of the best Cougar sporting events of all time and travelled 9 hrs to do so. If youâre in and around the Houston area and are a Houston Cougar fan you need to make the trip Monday night to SA and wear red. We all need to support the team and bring home a title. GET THERE, WEAR RED AND GO COOGS!

I went to breakfast at 4 am today then spent all day editing and writing before going to the arena for meetings and work, then the game and a two hour show.
22+ hours later and Iâm ready to do it all over again. Right now. So damn proud I get to do it with this guy (old PG, not the new one):

i rarely sleep but for those of you taht cant i recommend some melatonin and thoughts of cougar cheerleaders !
